How ICF Certification Works
The Certified Coaching Academy is designed to be a 12 month process to give you everything you need to qualify for an ACC & PCC ICF Certification. Our coursework, mentoring, professional practice, and network of support will prepare you to present all of your completed certifications from Talie, in addition to the other ICF requirements, directly to ICF for your Certificate. We'll walk you through the whole process.
TRAINING + PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE + ACCREDITATION
Coursework
The CCA is a unique combination of go-at-your-own-pace recorded lessons and live group sessions. Our curriculum covers the full 125 hrs of required training + your Mentor Coaching.
Mentoring
A minimum of 10 hours of Mentor Coaching is an ICF Certification requirement that usually costs anywhere from $2k - $5k. We save you the time, money and hassle of finding a separate Mentor Coach by including that in your CCA training.
Professional Experience
You will get on-the-job experience and support with everything you need for the Certification process. It is similar to a medical student getting intensive professional experience during their residency.
Performance Evaluation
You will receive guidance in preparing the ICF required recordings. You'll submit two audio recordings, and the corresponding written transcripts, of coaching sessions. We prepare you to pass this evaluation at the PCC level.

Talie is a Certified Life Coach and Accredited ICF Trainer, with a focus in leadership development. For more than 25 years she has empowered leaders to design lives which create maximum impact in the world that are centered in JOY.
She loves to create beauty & be in nature. When she’s not enjoying her 3 beautiful children, you can find her hosting retreats, creating community, training CCA students, ballroom dancing, and traveling the world.
